Notes: A very easy cake, extremely moist due to all the liquid from the rhubarb and the yogurt. The cornmeal stays crunchy near the crust, but the interior is tender, delicious! Just a tad too sugary as I used flavoured yogurt rather than plain, and didn't reduce the sugar substantially.
