Notes: I made this with atulfo mangoes. Lacking a refractometer or hygrometer, I dunked an egg in the mixture to check the sweetness (it should float with only a quarter-sized patch exposed). Good fruit flavours but try adjusting ratio of mango to pineapple (1:2?)
