Lemon lime sherbet
 
Recipe adapted from Cook's Illustrated, May & June 2004.
Notes: Combined half of the lemon and lime variations together. Was lazy: let zest soak in sugar and juice mixture, and substituted half and half rather than whipped cream. Made with a portion of mineral water, well, because I had some around. Used limoncello as the alcohol component. Very intense citrus flavour.
