Notes: I made this with organic Royal Gala apples and leftover white bread from Saturday's class. The roasted apples were a bit disappointing, too dry and firm. Cooking them in a skillet and letting them get softer might be a better technique. The pudding is quite nice though, rich but not too sweet.
