Salt and Pepper Cashew Dragées

Notes: A very simple recipe: toast cashews until golden, then combine them with melted sugar, sesame oil, butter, salt and pepper. My family found the salt/pepper to be a little unusual, and I admit it is somewhat odd. But candied nuts are candied nuts: sweet, crunchy and a lovely snack.
