Orange-Cranberry Corn Muffins

Notes: I really felt like something made with cornmeal so I turned to this recipe for a breakfast treat. Using the cranberry variation (which just increases the sugar to 2/3 cup and replaces cherries with 2 cups cranberries), I whipped these up in no time at all. They made 10 large, flavourful muffins, a little on the dense side.
