Recipe adapted from Backen für Weihnachten by Regine Stroner via Nicky at delicious days.
Notes: I didn't have fresh yeast, and didn't have enough active dry yeast so I mixed in some instant yeast as well. This dough doesn't rise very much, but it wasn't too dense. Instead of apricots, I used rum-soaked golden raisins. A nice way to use up leftover quark.
