Recipe from Homebaking by Naomi Duguid and Jeffrey Alford
Notes: I made this using a mix of oat bran and wheat bran. Impressive rise during the first proofing. Nice second rise too, two inches above the pan. Very soft and light. Probably one of the best loaves I've ever made.
