Notes: From the basic recipe, I chose to use minced candied ginger and milk chocolate chunks. In a nod towards health, I included ¼ oat bran in the batter. My tins must not be the same size as theirs, because I ended up with 16 very large muffins. This a great basic muffin recipe, very rich, but satisfying.
