Blueberry Muffins
 
Recipe from The Bread Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum
Notes: I made a double batch with a few minor changes, substituting a few drops lemon extract for lemon zest, and omitting the topping. The wild blueberries are yummy but the muffin was a little too rich for me, combining both sour cream and butter.
